|Historically speaking, the Reformation Movement was the proclamation of God’s freedom in Christ for all by grace through faith in Jesus. Amidst the politics and powers of the time, came a simple monk with a message that was pure gift. As Reformation Christians, the context today may be different in many ways, but the message and the challenge to voice it remains. Seltz calls for the church to celebrate what it believes, but also to see anew the message it proclaims as the foundation, the source, and the power to carry out its Reformation Mission in a 21st Century World.
